My article is damaged or broken
We will fix it as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately. In most cases you return your item free of charge and we will refund you as soon as possible.
Do I have warranty on my article?
Of course you do! We guarantee that if you buy an article that it is in good condition and work as expected under normal use, this is the legal warranty. If not, we will work out the best solution for you. Depending on your choice, we will arrange a refund of the purchase price or send you a new article.
What is the certificate of guarantee for my product?
Your invoice of purchase is also your certificate of guarantee. Your invoice is also kept in your account. So you will never lose it again.
How long does the warranty last?
The warranty we offer you is legally defined. A new article that you buy from us is in good condition and will work as expected under normal use. This legal guarantee lasts 6 months. Wear and age defects are not covered by the warranty.

We feel sorry. We are member of Stichting WebwinkelKeur and if we can't find a solution together, then you can register your complaint/dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur, through this link. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found through this link. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
